How your Hmarkento order ships and when to expect delivery

Where We Ship

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and most of Canada (excluding Yukon, Nunavut, and Northwest Territories). Additional shipping fees apply for Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada.

Delivery Methods

Standard Delivery — Free within the contiguous U.S. Mattresses and most items ship via FedEx directly to your door.
In‑Home Setup & Removal by Ryder — Paid upgrade. Includes room‑of‑choice delivery, setup, and removal of your old mattress and packaging. Available within the contiguous U.S.; must be selected at checkout.

Production & Transit Timelines

Mattresses & Toppers: Made to order. Production typically takes 3–5 business days (5–7 during peak times), then ships. Transit is typically 2–5 business days within the contiguous U.S.
White Glove Orders: Items first ship to Ryder. Ryder contacts you to schedule delivery, typically 7–15 business days after your order is placed.

Tracking & Partial Shipments

When each item in your order ships, you’ll receive an email with FedEx tracking and an estimated delivery date. Some orders may ship in multiple boxes or separate shipments.

Box Sizes & Unboxing

Mattresses arrive compressed and roll‑packed in boxes sized for standard entryways. Carefully open the outer box in your room of choice, position the sealed mattress on the base, and follow the included unboxing instructions.

Alaska, Hawaii & Canada

Surcharges apply for shipments to AK/HI and Canada. Customs taxes and additional carrier fees may also apply to Canadian orders.

Weekend Delivery & Signatures

FedEx transit and delivery schedules vary by location and carrier operations. Signature requirements are not standard but can be requested through your FedEx Delivery Manager account.
