Happy with Hmarkento: flexible trials and easy returns

Mattresses — 120‑Night Sleep Trial

  • Trial begins on the date of delivery.
  • Please keep your mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body to adjust before requesting a return.
  • If it isn’t the perfect fit, we offer exchanges, returns, and upgrades; up to two returns per household.
  • To start, visit our Returns page, select Returns, Exchanges & Replacements, and include your order number—or contact our team at 831‑777‑5976 (10am–6pm ET, Mon–Fri).

Foundations & Frames — 30‑Night Trial

Foundations and frames include a 30‑night trial from delivery. We’ll help guide replacements if the setup isn’t right for your space.

Accessories — 30‑Day Return Window

Accessories such as mattress protectors, encasements, pillows, sheet sets, duvets, wedge pillows, and other soft goods are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.

Adjustable Base & Exceptions

  • The Hmarkento Adjustable Base is not returnable once removed from its original packaging.
  • In‑Home Setup & Removal fees (Ryder White Glove) are non‑refundable once the service has been completed.

Where the Policy Applies

Trials and returns are available for orders placed on www.hmarkento.art and delivered within the United States and Canada. If a product is taken outside these regions, the trial becomes void and the item is no longer eligible for return. For retail purchases, please contact your retailer.

Condition & Pickups

Returned items must be in good condition and free of stains or damage. Our team will coordinate a pickup, donation, or responsible recycling in your area.

Refunds

After pickup is confirmed with our partners, refunds are typically processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping or service fees are excluded where applicable.
